Supercapacitor Powered Car

Researched, designed, and built a car powered by a capacitor, sized to travel the length of a basketball court.

Report →

Experiment 49: AC RLC Series Circuits

Built an AC RLC series circuit and characterised its behaviour across frequencies where it acts capacitively versus inductively.

Report →

Lab 2: Zener Diodes

Built a zener voltage regulator and measured the diode's effect on circuit current in forward and reverse bias.

Report →

Experiment 36: Inductance

Built an inductive circuit and observed the collapsing magnetic field around an inductor.

Lab 14: Common Emitter Amplifier Biasing and Gain

Biased a common emitter transistor amplifier and measured its gain.

Report →

Experiment 30: Op-Amp Basic Circuits

Built and tested multiple op-amp configurations across a range of applications.

Report →

Final Project: Op-Amp Troubleshooting

Year end capstone diagnosing faults in complex op-amp circuits, combining hand analysis with simulation software.

Senior Digital electronics 4 examples +

Lab 5: 4-Bit Adder

Built half and full adders from AND, NOR, and XOR gates to form a working 4-bit adder.

Report →

Lab 6: 4-Bit BCD Adder and Subtractor

Built a 4-bit BCD adder and subtractor with seven segment display decoding on the output.
